During the 2nd Continuing Medical Education Seminar at IASO Children’s Hospital, titled "From Necrotizing Enterocolitis (NEC) to Short Bowel Syndrome: New Strategies for Prevention and Treatment", which took place successfully on Saturday, October 21, 2023, at IASO Hospital’s Event Hall, the scientific director of our company, Panos Papandreou, discussed the crucial role of parenteral nutrition in preventing short bowel syndrome and related morbidities, in accordance with international recommendations.
